About the Business
North Fork Bread Co. employs centuries-old methods of leavening and baking bread. From the use of natural, wild yeasts to being baked on a stone hearth, every loaf is hand-crafted and unique. North Fork Bread Co. was founded in August 2018 by then-new Nebraska residents, Caleb Nihira and Jody Gibson. What initially began as a part-time weekend job selling bread at the Norfolk Farmer's Market turned into a full-time bakery business now providing all-natural, handcrafted artisans breads to the greater Northeastern Nebraska region.
